What’s Your Leap?
Expat life can be amazing. It can also be overwhelming. More often than not, it is both at the same time. And yet, the ability to find insight, to foster reflection and to create a sense of balance, is more accessible than it may sometimes feel. Areas of growth can happen from even the most seemingly mundane moments of awareness. I know this because in the past 6 years I’ve spent hundreds of hours coaching dozens of expats and I see it every day. It simply amazes me! It’s why I can’t imagine ever leaving this work I’ve come to love so much.
One of the goals I’ve set for myself for 2020, my personal and professional leap, as it were, is to help more expats experience coaching. Every day I help expats step into the space where they can bring to life their highest and best selves. I don’t see your goals as small and insignificant or as too big to be obtained. Whether you simply want to create a routine you can stick with through transition or you’re feeling completely at a loss in your professional life, there is hope. I see everything as possible because your expat life has set you up to take leaps, again and again. My mission is to help you get where you want to be, no matter where your feet are planted. And in 2020, I want to make it easier for you to say yes to coaching.
For 2020, I’ve created a program that will enable you to get the support you’re ready for and to take the leaps you’ve been needing, wanting or craving each day. In short – the Take Your Leap Program gives you a focused, intensive, time-limited and affordable way to experience coaching.

What is Take Your Leap?
Each month (January – December 2020) I’ll take up to 5 coaching clients who are ready to take their leap. Whether the challenge you’re facing is huge or seemingly small, I’ll provide a space where you’ll get deep, perspective-changing insights on the one topic that’s taking up your brain space. The experience will leave you with new tools, ideas and insight that you can then apply to whatever comes up next. Think of this as your test case, an answer to the question, “I wonder if I should work with a coach?”
What Makes Take Your Leap Different?
Each participant will, over the course of the month in which they’re enrolled, receive four, 45-minute dedicated, supportive, compassionate and goal-oriented coaching sessions on the topic of their choosing. That’s the part that’s true for all of my coaching clients, all the time. But the Take Your Leap Program offers a special, just-for-this-year opportunity…
Because my goal for 2020 is to pull out all the stops on making coaching more accessible to more people, I’m offering the Take Your Leap Program for just $250. At 50% off my regular 4-session individual coaching package, it’s like a scholarship for your growth.
Other Things to Know
- Registration must happen no fewer than 3 days before the start of the month in which you’ll complete your coaching sessions.
- Space is limited. If you want to join and the month is full, I’ll add you to my waiting list and email you the upcoming month to confirm that you’re still interested.
- Additional seasonal offers or discounts cannot be applied to the Take Your Leap Program.
- You can participate just once, but participants in Take Your Leap will get 15% off any additional coaching they do with me for up to a year after completing the program.
- Past clients, I love you, but this program is for people new to coaching. I’m eternally grateful for your referrals.
