Guided Mindfulness Meditations
I have been practicing mindfulness for almost 15 years. In 2016, I began training in the Personal Leadership model – a mindfulness-based, cross-cultural communication framework. After receiving my Personal Leadership Senior Facilitator designation in 2018, I began teaching mindfulness programs based on the PL concepts more widely to both individuals and groups across a wide-range of sectors. I am currently a student in Year-Two (Advanced Program) of the Brussels Mindfulness, Mindfulness Teacher Training program. I offer these guided mindfulness meditations as a way to share the gifts of mindfulness, but also as a way to deepen my own skills at supporting individuals in their mindfulness meditation practices. In short, they are just as much a way for me to practice, as for you. I hope you find them to be exactly what you need for this moment.
