This 90-minute interactive and educational workshop will provide you with an introduction to the use of mindfulness techniques for better paying attention to and developing comfort with your thought and emotional habits. You will learn how to better identify and understand your thoughts and emotions, gain skills to find clarity in moments of stress and develop new ways to approach everyday situations – from the mundane to the most difficult.
This workshop is interactive and designed for maximum participant interaction, it therefore ideally accommodates between 8 and 15 participants.
